The inspiration of this salad is from Japanese restaurant in Thailand. Having avocado as a salad was my first time but the taste was so impressed and now it becomes my favorite salad at home. The creamy touch of avocado match very well with soy sauce dressing and give light tastes.
Ingredients ( 2 servings)
1/2 head Iceberg lettuce
1 Avocado
1 Tomato (optional)
Dressing
2 Tbsp Soy sauce
1 Tbsp Vinegar
1/2 Tbsp Sugar
1 Tsp Roasted sesame seed
1 Tsp Vegetable oil
Ingredients ( 2 servings)
1/2 head Iceberg lettuce
1 Avocado
1 Tomato (optional)
Dressing
2 Tbsp Soy sauce
1 Tbsp Vinegar
1/2 Tbsp Sugar
1 Tsp Roasted sesame seed
1 Tsp Vegetable oil
- Cut lettuce, wash well, and set aside.
- Chill the lettuce in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving
- Mix all the dressing ingredients well and adjust the taste as liking
- Prepare lettuce on the plate, cut and slice avocado, pour the dressing and serve immediately.
