Ingredients
- 1 potato (cut into thin French fry shapes)
- 1/8 cup chopped green onion
- 1 tsp hon dashi
- 2 tbsp miso paste
- Boil 3 cups of water
- When water boils, add potato and cook 3 minutes, or until soft
- Add hon dashi, miso, and stir until mixed
- Serve in a small bowl with green onions
