Spring Roll

This spring roll is to enjoy the combination of fresh young green paprika and cheese. Simple snack that can enjoy throughout the summer day. I prefer making it extra piece and enjoy with chill green tea. 




Ingredients ( servings 2)

3 medium sweet green paprika 
18 piece fresh shrimp
1 stalk finely spring onion 
2 leafs aoshiso ( optional)
Little grated ginger
60g pizza cheese 
1/2 tsp salt 
Little pepper
6 spring roll paper or more
Oil for frying


Ingredients

1. Chop ingredients finely

2. Mix chopped shrimp with little salt and pepper.

2. Add all ingredients to shrimp.

3. Mix well

4. Place spring roll paper in a plate, scope one spoon of the mixture and place on the very end of the paper.
5. First folds it from the end part, then fold from left and right side. Hold it tight and continue rolling, put some water at the edge to stop it and roll to the end.

6. Ready to fry.


7. Heat plenty of oil in a frying pan, deep frying in a 175C  till becoming golden color.

8. Arrange on a plate, serve with fresh vegetable and liking sauce.
