Choy Choy Egg Mountain



Great as extra side dish.
You can replace siew pak choy with spinach. happyヾ(✿❛◡❛ฺฺ)ノ color combination.

Ingredients
Siew pak choy  - 1 pack
Egg - 2

Sauce: Just mix!!!
Oyster sauce -  1/2 Tablespoon 
Shoyu - 1/2 Tablespoon 
Sesami oil - 1 Tea spoon 


Directions

1. Add slight oil to frying pan. Stir fry siew pak choy lightly.
    (if you are on diet, you can use microwave and steam 1.5 minute) and put on dish.

2. Use same frying pan to make scramble egg (3/4 cooked) 

    and put on top of siew pack choy.

3. Add sauce on top.... very easy woo......
