Vegetables Soup


This vegetable soup is introduced on TV programs for the purpose of weight loss . The recipe is introduced by a popular model Suzanne who previously took this soup for weight loss. According to the show, replace one meal with this soup for a month could reduce up to 7kg! The rest of other two meals can take as liking, of course not a heavy buffet, regular meals would be fine. This detox soup is suitable for a person who does not have time to do exercise or not a fan of work out that much. It will gradually reduce the weight as consuming this soup. The more you consume the more weight you will likely to lose as indicated in the show. But eating the same soup every day can be boring therefore adding some spices like curry powder, garlic, pepper, chilly sauce to the soup is recommended. The benefit of taking this soup is:

  • Weight loss 
  • Improve constipation 
The taste is very similar to minestrone soup because the tomato base soup but much lighter. I usually cook this in a big volume, keep it in a fridge and warm up the serving portion. I sometimes add some additional vegetables that remain in my fridge.


Ingredients ( 8 servings) 
3 onions
1/2 head of cabbage
2 green bell pepper
1 stalk of celery 
1 can of tomato
4cm fresh ginger
1 cube of chicken consomme or more
2-3 pieces of chicken breast tender
2liter of water 
1 carrot (optional)
1/2 eggplant optional)
Little salt




Ingredients

1. Wash vegetables well and cut it to liking size.

2. Chop onion and chicken tender to bite size. Grate the ginger.

3. Add everything to big pot, bring to boil and simmer it for 10 minutes or until all the vegetables are cooked to your liking.

4. After adding water.
5. Well done soup ready to be served, adjust the taste and serve hot.
