Asian Kebab is a healthy kebab using minced pork and tofu with a lot of Asian herbs simply goes well with sweet chilly sauce. Good for starter and snack. The recipe is adopted from Kurihara Harumi's recipe. I often cook following her recipe because the recipe is easy and the taste is perfectly fit my taste.OK let's get started.
Ingredients ( 2 servings) for 8 pieces
100g minced pork or chicken
1/2 pack of cotton tofu
2 tablespoons of chopped carrot
2 tablespoons of chopped onion
1 tablespoon of chopped mint leaves
1 tablespoon of chopped coriander
1 tablespoon of chopped spring onion
1 teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoons of oil
Garnish
mint leaves
coriander leaves
lemon
lettuce
sweet chilli sauce
1. Ingredients: Drain the water out from tofu with kitchen paper, keep it for at least 10 minutes. |
2. Put all the ingredients ( except tofu) in a big bowl, mix well, add tofu at this point and little salt. Mix again well and shape to the oval shape. |
3. Ready to grill |
