 "Bruschetta Tuna"

Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

• 4 hot dog buns, cut crosswise
• 120 gr canned tuna, drained oil
• 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
• 1 piece of cucumber, peeled, cored seeded, diced
• 2 tablespoons butter
• Basil or Celery few leaves, to taste, to garnish

 

Step Presentation

1. In a bowl, put the tuna, mayonnaise and cucumber and mix well.
2. Spread butter on one side of the bread, then reheat section bread smeared butter on nonstick skillet until brown, turn it over and cook the other side.
3. Spread tuna mixture over the bread already buttered, then garnish with basil leaves or celery.
4. Serve while warm.
